At Gottex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
